The shop is owned and operated by Ruth and Bob Sprague.  Ruth has over twelve years experience as a scrapbooker and has attended Creative Keepsakes University in the USA on two occasions.  She also regularly attends workshops with leading crafters in the USA at least once each year to develop her skills and keep up with the latest products as they are released to the market, importing most products direct form suppliers in the USA.  Ruth and Bob have a talented team that they have developed who share their passion for the craft and desire for excellence in their service.  Our terrific retail staff are keen scrapbookers, stampers and card makers; while Ruth, Kim, Tracy, Tania, Tanya, Jane and Alishia, all very talented ladies, conduct workshops.  On occasions we have guests conduct special workshops, such as Julie Van Oosten, creator of the Collections range of embellishments and stamps. We have also hosted Rebekka Erickson (designer), Helen Williams (author of The Art of Scrapbooking). We are also the only Making Memories VIP store in Australia, offering an extensive range often below RRP.
